Jackson’s Yorkshire’s Champion Bread

We firmly believe that there's no other bread like Jackson's Yorkshire's Champion. We bake delicious hearty bloomers and bread rolls in white, brown and seeded varieties. 

Our bread is baked in Hull, East Yorkshire from flour that's milled in Driffield, making this one loaf that’s a Yorkshire champion!

Every ingredient is carefully selected and blended to create delicious bread that’s both wholesome and nutritious.

Yorkshire’s Champion is our way of honouring our roots and celebrating all that’s good about our great county, in a loaf that’s deliciously moreish and bursting with Yorkshire goodness!

 

Jacksons has been established since 1851 and is part of William Jackson Food Group – a fifth generation family business.

Our bread not only graces the kitchen tables and lunch boxes of the UK, but we also specialise in baking sandwich carriers exported to countries across the globe for sandwich makers and food service.

Our packaging is recyclable

All of our bread bags are fully recyclable and we encourage our customers to return them to supermarkets where they can be recycled along with carrier bags. We continue in our search for sustainable packaging which keeps sliced bread fresh and can be fully recyclable via home collections but at the moment we haven’t found anything which we believe is more sustainable and doesn’t need separating to be fully recyclable in home recycling collections.

I thought I would take the time to write to you and compliment your bakery on your wonderful bread. I have tried both the brown bloomer and I'm currently eating the seeded bloomer, both a blooming gorgeous and probably the best loaves I've had in a very long time. Keep up the good work.
