Chicken, Salsa & Mozzarella Toastie

This toastie is perfect as a quick lunch or snack during these cold Autumn months.


Cooked chicken breast slices

2 tsp of salsa

Grated mozzarella cheese


2 x slices of Jackson’s Yorshire’s Champion bread

A sprinkle of salt & pepper

Panini grill or toastie  machine


Fristly switch on your panini grill to let it warm up.

Next, butter both slices of your favourite variety of Jackson’s Yorkshire’s Champion bread.

On one slice of bread, spoon on the salsa, add the chicken and sprinkle on a handful of grated mozzarella.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sandwich together and place in the panini machine or under the grill until the cheese has melted and the toastie is golden.
